Starting tomorrow, since it’s the 1st, I’m going to start running for an hour everyday and more if I can get up to it. I’ve made an hour long playlist already and hopefully I’ll be well on my way to losing 50 pounds by the end of summer. I’m mostly trying to lose the weight in my face and my breast since that’s what causes the most trouble in finding clothes. I’ve been healthily cutting down on food in the past to weeks and with the cardio I think I’ll be set. I do need to drink a looot more water and -
